Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, close to a metro station making it easy to explore Chicago, though the rooms are a bit dated and small, with thin walls. The service is helpful, though some staff members were only perfunctorily apologetic. Dining options are convenient with a nearby good restaurant. Value for money is reasonable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the weather inside was way too cold for my liking, especially while it was freezing outside. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is centrally located, very convenient for our visit and close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were warm in extremely cold weather but being next to the noisy lifts affected the comfort and quality of sleep. The service was polite and helpful, with appreciated amenities like a hair dryer, coffee maker, and iron. The dining experience was too simple with breakfast starting late, but overall at a good price from Booking. Facilities were good with dry cleaning and laundry available.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with 2 beds and a sofabed, but late check-in is not available. The shower issue affected my stay as it didn't produce hot water. The location is convenient for visiting attractions like the Field Museum and Art Institute, despite some noise. The nearby restaurants and easy access to popular spots make it worth the price. However, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy and clean, but there was a noticeable temperature difference between the door and window sides. The air conditioning unit was effective but noisy which was a bit of a downside, especially for a good night's sleep.
